- Financial Management: Prepares budgets, manages funds, and secures sponsorships.
- Promotion: Enhances visibility through social media, websites, and flyers.
- Documentation: Maintains records of proceedings, papers, and participant lists.
- Quality Assurance: Ensures compliance with guidelines, such as those from the NAAC.
