The Central library with spacious reading hall including various sections situated at ground floor covering 3030sqft.area with seating capacity of 200 readers and a special section for 20 faculty members, E-Corner with internet for 16 users, book stacks on each subject, Display Pillars, large circulation counter etc.  And Departmental library especially designed for the Self Finance Courses situated at third floor covering 998sqft.area with seating capacity of 50 user.

Both the Libraries are airy, lighted, ventilated, well lit and well-planned. Libraries are designed keeping in mind the needs of the user and the ease of operation of the library.

It remains open between 7am to 5pm excluding holidays.

The present librarian along with her team of the Library Committee members, professionals, and semi-professional staff is managing the library effectively, rendering online & offline library services to cater to the needs of its students, teachers and researchers.

The library which started with an initial collection of few thousand books has now grown up in the year 2020-21 to a rich collection of 33233 books including Encyclopaedias which covers various major areas of knowledge, Year books, World Records of record-breaking facts & achievements, numerous Dictionaries including Bilingual, Monolingual, Mini-Dictionary as well as various Thesaurus, many types of Reports, text books and subject reference books specially  emphasis subjects like banking, insurance, investment, finance, accountancy, management, mass media, communication & information technology etc. in library collection Various back volumes in bound form of  National and International academic Journals.

Library subscribes 44 Periodicals, International / National educational Journals and various regional languages NEWS papers. It has collection of bound back Volumes, 358 CDs, 5 Maps, 12Thesis etc. It also started subscribing to online journals and e-books.  Open online resources and educational websites are available at E-corner and as well as on library blog www.mkswordpress.comThe Library provides INFLIBNET and Shodhganga for E-resources.

To carry out in-house functions like Book Acquisition, Circulation, Serials, OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) etc. it has Library Management Software developed by MICM NET Solution PVT Ltd connected through thin line server.
