Feedback Committee

A College Feedback Committee is an administrative body responsible for systematically collecting, analyzing, and acting upon feedback from stakeholders—students, faculty, alumni, parents, and employers—to enhance teaching quality, infrastructure, and curriculum.

It supports institutional quality assurance (often aligned with IQAC and NAAC guidelines).

Key Objectives and Functions:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively solicits input on curriculum, teaching-learning processes, and campus facilities.
• Analysis and Reporting: Analyzes feedback data (online or physical) and prepares reports on strengths and areas for improvement.
• Quality Enhancement: Provides recommendations to the management for improvements, ensuring accountability and student satisfaction.
• Implementation: Monitors action taken on suggestions, often meeting semi-annually or annually.
• Transparency: Communicates findings and improvements to the college community.
