BACHELOR OF COMMERCE (FINANCIAL MARKETS) (BFM)
The Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Markets) Programme is the course to provide expertise and insight into various aspects of financial markets which includes understanding finance and money, basis of stock trading and its regulation, equity research, technical analysis, etc., which cater to the needs of those aspiring to make a career in the growing and ever evolving field of finance.
ELIGIBILITY
0.5693: A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Degree Programme in Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Markets) shall have passed XII std. examination of Maharashtra State of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its Equivalent and secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate in case of students belonging to Open Category and 40% in aggregate in case of Reserved Category at one and at the same sitting. Every Candidate admitted to the Degree Programme shall have to register himself/herself with the University of Mumbai.
COURSE STRUCTURE :
The course structure shall be a full-time course. The duration of the course shall be of six semesters spread over three years.

The course will have six semesters conducted on the revised pattern using Credit Based Semester System and Grading pattern. All examination will be conducted by the University of Mumbai.
Each subject in all semesters will be evaluated for 100 marks which is bifurcated as 75 marks written examination 25 marks internal evaluation in which minimum of 30 marks in external and 10 marks in internal is required to pass a subject. The final year students are required to complete a project of 100 marks.
