BACHELOR OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES (BMS):
The Bachelor of Management Studies programme is training students to gain knowledge in the ever-changing Business World. Catering to this endeavour, this course is a good blend of academics, project work, case studies, industrial visit, workshops, extracurricular and cultural activities.
ELIGIBILITY:
0.3941: A Candidate for being eligible for admission to the Degree Programme in Bachelor of Management Studies shall have passed XII std. examination of Maharashtra State of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its Equivalent or Diploma in any Engineering branches with two or three years duration after S.S.C., conducted by the Board Technical Education, Maharashtra State or its equivalent examination securing minimum 45% marks in aggregate in case of students belonging to Open Category and 40% in aggregate in case of Reserved Category at one and at the same sitting from the Science, Arts and Commerce stream. Every Candidate admitted to the Degree Programme shall have to register himself/herself with the University of Mumbai.
COURSE STRUCTURE:
The course shall be a full-time course. The duration of the course shall be six semesters spread over 3 years. We have 3 divisions with a capacity of 60 students each. We are offering specialization in Finance and Marketing.

The course will have six semesters conducted on the revised pattern using CREDIT BASED SEMESTER SYSTEM AND GRADING PATTERN. All examinations will be conducted by the University. Each subject in all semester will be evaluated for 100 marks which is bifurcated as 75 marks written examination 25 marks internal evaluation in which minimum of 30 marks in external 10 marks in internal is required to pass a subject. The final year students are required to complete a project of 100 marks.
About the Course :
The BMS department conducts inter collegiate seminars, workshops and guest lectures on a regular basis by inviting renowned personalities from the industry and corporate world to share their knowledge and experience with the students. Field trips are organised on regular basis to give practical insight and exposure to the students.
